Our single lofts are a dream for solo travelers who value design, comfort and a personal space to relax and recharge.
There are eight laundry rooms so that guests staying in rooms without their own washing machine and dryer can do their laundry without having to leave the building.
Apart from the communal facilities, each apartment is equipped with everything guests need, from furniture to appliances such as dishwashers and vacuum cleaners and even crockery and cutlery, making their stay incredibly convenient and comfortable.
In addition to the fully equipped apartments, LivingTown also offers a cleaning service so that guests can relax and enjoy their stay without having to worry about tedious housework.
Coworking Space
In our Coliving & Serviced Apartment, you will not only experience modern living comfort, but also gain direct access to a first-class coworking space - created by our sister company Office LAB.
This unique combination is perfect for you, whether you are exploring the world as a digital nomad or looking for business flexibility and networking.
